At Infinity Memories, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. Please review our policy to understand which items are eligible for returns and how the process works.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom products: All personalized items (such as flexible photo magnets, rigid photo magnets, button magnets, and any custom‑made product) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift cards: Non‑refundable.

Personal care or perishable goods: Not applicable to our store but included for legal compliance.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello.infinitymemories@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
